JOIN A REFUGEE’S HOPE TRIBE TODAY.
Each of the people below have fled their homes in fear and are trying to rebuild their lives. You can join their tribe of support and make a life of hope possible for them.
What is a “Hope Tribe”?
A Hope Tribe is a community of 10-20 people that come alongside an individual refugee or family for a specific season of rebuilding. As a member of the tribe you pray for the refugee, give financially in some cases, advocate, and get to know them virtually or in person.
Our 100% Donation Model
Private donors (Core Tribe) cover our operating costs, so you can give knowing your whole gift will help refugees rebuild their lives.
BACK TO SCHOOL SUPPLIES CAMPAIGN
We have multiple families who need assistance as their children head to school this Fall. For some, it will be their first time attending a school in America, and we would love to see them get off to a great start with a backpack, school supplies, shoes, and, in some cases, new clothes.
MEET EMMA’s FAMILY
She spent ten long years as a refugee in another country—struggling to survive, waiting and hoping for a chance to rebuild.
At the end of 2024, that chance finally came. She arrived in the U.S. with her teenage son and three-year-old daughter, carrying the weight of a decade of hardship but holding onto hope.
MEET MONA’s FAMILY
Mona and her family are initially from Middle East and are now refugees in a country they fled to while waiting to come to the US. Their flights were booked and permission was granted right at the end of 2024. They are now stuck in a country that often loses power, so we are raising funds to ship them a generator, vitamins, and basic medicine for their kids.
YOUTH SKATE TRIBE
Connecting can be hard for young people. Skateboarding can create belonging.
We’re raising $1,500 to launch Skate Tribe, a skateboarding program for refugee youth. Many of these kids have come from places of fear, loss, and uncertainty. They’ve left behind friends, schools, and neighborhoods. What we want to help provide is community, confidence, and joy.
MEET MIRIAM’S FAMILY.
The bombs started to fall in 2011. Their lives fell apart immediately. Family members and friends died. Food skyrocketed. Schools closed. Worked ceased immediately.
One choice was evident. Stay and die, or flee.
Miriam and her husband fled to Turkey, and her brother and his family to Lebanon. Her brother's family came to Texas as refugees five months ago, and Hope Tribe is serving them.
HUDA & FAMILY
Refugees face the unimaginable reality of a broken world and the depth of its depravity. This is the story of one family from Iraq. "Z" and "Huda" have three children. They fled Iraq for the first time to Syria in 2006, immediately after "Z" was threatened the first time.
"Daniel" fled Iran when he came to faith in Christ. His wife's family forced him to leave and threatened to kill him. He left behind his wife, children, and his job as a design professional. The day he changed his religion, his in-laws saw his marriage as annulled.
DANIEL
Fahim is the main provider for his wife and eight children. While the family made it safely to America after fleeing Afghanistan last summer, they are still facing many challenges as they adjust to their new home.

PREEMPTIVE HOPE FUND
Each month, we are contacted by new families with unique needs. We are only sometimes able to assist due to a lack of funds. We want this to change.
Farzana is a hardworking mother of three from Afghanistan who is seeking to provide opportunities for her family that she never had herself.
