PREEMPTIVE HOPE
Each month, new families contact us with unique needs. Due to a lack of funds, we aren't able to assist. We want this to change. The Preemptive Hope Fund is an account with resources raised in advance for when we must respond immediately to an urgent need.
We are raising funds right now for families who lost monthly rent assistance due to the new administration's policy decisions. Each of the families we serve is already legally here in the US.
Our goal is to raise $8,500 before the end of the month to assist families with their March rent.

Due to immediate actions taken by the US government, one of the significant cash assistance programs for refugee families has been put on hold indefinitely. The US government legally resettled these families as recently as December 2024.
The assistance is vital for meeting basic needs such as rent, food, and utilities. Without this support, some families may face the risk of eviction in March.
Resettlement agencies have let go of staff, shut down departments, and left families without caseworkers to help during this crisis.
Hope Tribe is stepping into the gap and raising funds during this difficult time, continuing to assist the families we serve through our Continuum of Care.
